hey kids! aaron spelling wasn’t the only recent passing…anna nicole‘s main court case nemesis e pierce marshall died unexpectedly at the age of 67 after an agressive infection…he was the son of tycoon j howard marshall II who was wed to anna for a mere 14 months before his death in 1995…ever since then there has been a huge (11 yr) legal battle over his money which anna claimed he promised to leave her before he passed on – his son fought her tooth & nail to keep his father’s estate ($1.6 billion) within the family…now that he is gone it could prove to be smooth sailing for anna to finally win the battle and with a baby on the way i’m sure she can use the extra bucks – i think it sucks to have spent the last years of your life fighting a legal battle only to drop dead…i hope mr. pierce had some enjoyment in the past few years – it only goes to show you never know what will happen from one day to the next…popbytes over & out for now…xxoo!
