Singer Christina Aguilera was at the pumpkin patch with her son Max Bratman in Los Angeles on October 14th, 2010. Christina is currently getting a divorce from husband Jordan Bratman after getting married back in 2005 and the documents which where filed today citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the split. The couple have a son together (Max Bratman) which was addressed in the documents for joint physical and legal custody. (And yes, there is a prenuptial agreement in place!)
