the dixie chicks will never cancel!

hey everybody – it’s friday night! i had a bunch of errands to do after work so now i am totally beat and wiped out but i had to post on this…there has been some recent rumors going around that my dear dixie chicks were going to possibly cancel their accidents & accusations tour which kicks off here in the US on july 21st in motor city…

apparently ticket sales are lagging which surprises me since their new album taking the long way did debut at the top spot with over 525k sold plus their first single i’m not ready to make nice has been getting a lot of radio play right here in los angeles on STAR 98.7 – i hope it’s making rounds in other cities…so if your a dixie chick fan please make sure to grab tickets for when they swing by – check out their tour schedule!

i am so going to see them sept 14th when they play here at the staples center! i have never seen them live before but i know they will kick-ass – i am so excited to see them! below is a note the chicks posted on their website today squelching any & all rumors…popbytes over & out – xxoo!

MESSAGE FROM NATALIE, EMILY & MARTIE

To our Fans: Any reports being made about the cancellation of our upcoming Accidents And Accusations tour are completely false.

We have known since March 2003 that our path in this business would have obstacles at every pass. We have enjoyed meeting each one head-on and we will continue to do so. Dixie Chicks fans are as active and dedicated as they come. This time around we are willingly feeling our way through unchartered territory. Things don’t come as easy as they might have come in the past, and it makes each accomplishment more exciting and appreciated.

We will go where the fans are with great anticipation and no regrets. To find out (along with us) where that is, visit www.dixiechicks.com for all updates to Accidents And Accusations tour information.

Love, The Chicks
