Harper’s Bazaar just revealed a special edition Swarovski Elements-encrusted December issue with the one and only Katy Perry. Her lips have been covered by 150 ruby-colored Swarovski Elements and photographed by Alexi Lubomirski – although shocking as it may be, it looks like someone beat Katy to the bling-inspired crunch!
