Boxing isn’t just about getting in the ring and throwing punches. Fight training is extremely well-rounded for strength, speed, agility, reflexes, footwork and coordination. It can also be done just about anywhere (see four anywhere boxing exercises on my blog).

Boxing workouts are hardcore and take your body to the limit. The best part is that you don’t ever have to take one to the face, unless you’re into that sort of thing.
