Justin Bieber ‘collaborated’ with Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber

I try not to take pop music too seriously, since for the most part it’s just a collection of chords put together for the sake of sounding pleasant and pushing money around. But this. THIS. This is sacrilege.

Apparently, Michael Jackson recorded a song called “Slave 2 the Rhythm” before his death in 2009, but never got to actually release it on his own. So Justin Bieber decided to buy it and release his own reworked version of it. I’m not the biggest MJ fan in the world, but buying one of his songs after he kicked the bucket and piggybacking on it … just seems kinda unkosher. Not to mention the fact that Grace Jones‘ “Slave to the Rhythm” was better by leaps and bounds. Do not f**k with Grace, Bieber. She’s been doing longer and better than you have, and she is not one to be crossed.
