hey hey! the other night i got to see kelis perform a couple of songs (a blend of her some old hits and new material) the other night over at cinespace – it was a late-night club appearance (1:20AM!) so she only played about twenty minutes but kelis and the lady DJ totally kicked ass plus she looked amazing – watch some video i shot! she announced to the crowd she finally completed her upcoming album flesh tone (releasing overseas in may, then in the states in july) the artwork (posted below) was just released this past week – it’s definitely different from anything else she has done – this album is going to rock – i can’t wait to listen to the entire thing! popbytes over & out for tonight … xoxo
