So remember how Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag got mad at Virgin Mobile’s latest ad campaign for Sparah because they felt like they copied their bit about being a fake, loveless celebrity couple staying together for the publicity? Well, Sparah answered back, saying that they’re not even going to bother fighting because pedo-beard and franken-tits barely count as celebrities, or even people, and because THEY’RE AN AD CAMPAIGN.
As we previously reported, Pratt went on the rampage recently — calling “Sparah” a blatant rip-off … and demanding Virgin Mobile pay him and Heidi money for bogarting Speidi’s likeness in their new commercials. But reps for “Sparah” — the spoof celeb couple who stars in Virgin Mobile’s new ad campaign — tell us, Virgin’s new duo has zero time to respond to Spencer’s diatribe “due to their pressing endorsement commitments with Virgin Mobile and their frequent interactions with real celebrities.” SOURCE
Here’s the one big difference between Sparah and Speidi: First, Sparah actually has a job. Second, at least Sparah knows they’re an ad campaign and doesn’t try to pass themselves off as a real-life celebrity couple. Also, everytime Sparah opens their mouths, I don’t lose a little more faith in humanity.
