Last weekend here in the California desert, the Coachella Music Festival took place with its annual assortment of buzz bands, world class DJ’s, and rockers and ravers cohabitating blissfully under the stars. There were many, many highlights – but I don’t think any band ruled this year more than Arcade Fire. They might have shocked the uninitiated with their big Grammy Award win this year, but on the night of their show, they proved their mettle in spades. Sprawl II – Mountains To Mountains comes from their fierce last disc, and here, Chicago’s Hood Internet get ’em percolating with Blondie‘s classic, Heart Of Glass.
