Taylor Momsen’s Mom approves?

Oh God, I think my soul just threw up a little. As it turns out, not only was Taylor Momsen‘s creepy-teenage-breast-variety-hour schtick from the other night actually a repeat performance that is part of her onstage act, but she actually has her mom cheering her on in the wings, instead of grabbing her underage daughter, dragging her off-stage and hot-glue-gunning a sweater to her body. Hello, terrifying new nightmares.

But, we can now also reveal that Taylor’s mom, Colette Momsen was also in attendance! Not only did Taylor don stripper heels, and a necklace that read “Slave,” at the PAPER Magazine & Express Celebrate “Rock The Sidewalk” event, her mom seemed to be totally fine with her 17-year-old daughter’s performance! Oh God, I really don’t want to know the conversation behind this …

Taylor’s Mom: Alright sweetie, we got a crowd of lonely, middle-aged men out there tonight. Ya’ll got flash them tater tots o’ yers so that Mama can buy the booze that helps her forget she stopped feeling things in her heart.

Taylor: Whatever Mom, you don’t get me. I’m Rock ‘N Roll. I’m an individual. I’m so against the system. That’s why I have a record label contract and a show on the CW.

Taylor’s Mom: That’s my girl. And don’t be afraid flash the hoochie.
