 | oh my goodness! i’ve never been nominated for anything – so i was beyond thrilled when i discovered i had been nominated TWICE in the brand new verve weblog awards! first for best GLBT entertainment blog of the year (i do like to think of popbytes being more on the entertainment than the gossip side of things) and second for best GLBT american blog (gosh my blog is like grilled cheese w/ a side of fries) after working my tail off for over three years (while holding down a day job) it feels great to be recognized and know that people do actually enjoy my pop lunacy here! plus to boot popbytes was nominated with a few of my blogger pals including nathaniel, gabriel, rich, augusto, and the gang from pop culture junkies! so no matter who wins – it’s all good but if you could go and vote and show some love for popbytes – it would be much appreciated! rock & blog on – popbytes over & out for tonight…xxoo! |
