Last week I had the pleasure to attend the Hollywood launch party for AT&T‘s new HTC Status phone, held at the world famous Paramount Studios lot right down on Melrose. Normally I don’t get invited to a lot of these celebrity-filled parties, so I totally jumped at the chance to attend this one with my good pal Victoria who was in town visiting from NYC! Thankfully the party did not disappoint, I was given an HTC Status to play around with, and although I love my iPhone, I actually thought this new phone was quite slick and very easy to use, especially when it came to social networking with Twitter and Facebook!
Inside the massive sound stage all decked out in neon green, there was delicious food (including fancy grilled cheese and tater tots!) and tasty drinks, with celebs everywhere I looked. I had a long conversation with Peggy Tanous and her husband Micah from The Real Housewives of Orange County (that’s me below with Peggy), both of them were super nice and down to earth, Peggy gave me plenty of Real Housewives gossip, I can’t wait for their return, right now they are finishing up contracts for the new season. I also had a mini-chat with funny lady Kathy Griffin, and ran into Lauren Conrad, cutie Darren Criss, hottie Aaron Paul, Demi Lovato, playmate Jayde Nicole (ugh), and ‘bachelor’ Jake Pavelka (double ugh). For the night’s big finale, Usher performed an incredible set, I was never a huge fan of his but after seeing him work the stage, I am a fan for life, he seriously blew me away with his moves! I must thank the good folks over at AT&T for inviting me to the party, I had an excellent time, make sure to check out their Facebook fan page and the new HTC Status phone if you’re in the market for a new one!
