Let’s just get one thing straight: This Kim Kardashian / Kanye West marriage is going to happen whether we like it or not. They’re two awful people who decided that the financial and societal perks would make up for the lack of “love” people keep talking about, so they might as well shack up while the getting’s good. Except HA HA! Turns out there’s a slight problem because their preferred wedding destination, the Palace of Versailles in France, just turned them down. RardarOnline reports …
“Kim and Kanye really wanted to get married at Versailles and were both hoping to persuade officials during their visit…ultimately it backfired. It was still a firm no.” Sources tell Radar, “Kim and Kanye will now be scouting private estates and chateau’s in the region. Working with an estate manager would be much easier than dealing with all of the red tape of having a wedding at a public venue. “The couple is looking for something grand, but something that can offer privacy and security.”
So basically, if I’m reading this right, The Palace of Versailles staff took one look at them and flipped them the finger. “I’m sorry sir, but this is a Palace, not some cheap Hollywood set on which you may film your sham wedding. Also, I can smell the piss on your bride-to-be. I’m sure if you asked the McDonald’s ten minutes down the road, they might let you film it in their parking lot, provided you buy a family pack of McNuggets first.” (My gosh I can be bitchy sometimes!)
