Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy!

Kim Kardashian and Melissa Molinaro

Because as Dorothy Parker once said, “You can lead a whore to culture, but you can’t make her think”, Kim Kardashian is suing Old Navy over using a model (named Melissa Molinaro) that looked like her a while ago for one of their advertisements. In completely unrelated news, lesbians everywhere are cutting their hair in order to look less like Justin Bieber.

Kim is filing a lawsuit against the clothing giant  — claiming they intentionally used a look-alike in an effort to dupe the public into thinking Kim was affiliated with Old Navy. We’re told Kim is especially furious that Old Navy has been tweeting to her page about the look-alike — in an effort to gain even more publicity. One of those tweets read, “@CBSNEWS reports that Old Navy’s Super CUTE star looks like @kimkardashian. #LOL. What do you think?” SOURCE

Just in case you were wondering whether or not was actually a kind of heady mixture of stupid and self-involved usually reserved for teenagers on the Internet and Brent Corrigan, this should kind of be one final “Well A DOY” on that matter. Did they use someone who looked like Kim? Of course. But here’s the thing, Kim: There are other woman besides you with brown hair, fake tans, plastic faces, and giant asses. You do not have the trademark on that body type. Until you do, I’m pretty sure this is protected as parody or satire, albeit, not very clever parody or satire.
