good evening y’all! is everybody ready for the second season of rupaul’s drag race?! it premieres on LOGO next week – monday, february 1st (produced by the good people from world of wonder again!) i loved the first time around – i can’t wait to see what competitions & challenges rupaul has up his sleeve this time for the twelve drag contestants (all pictured below) vying for the top spot! tonight i’m heading over to west hollywood to cover the red carpet premiere plus attend the party where they’ll be showing the first episode! unfortunately it’s raining – i can’t imagine all these hot drag queens running down the red carpet in the rain (although i’m sure it will be covered) it should be interesting to say the least! below is a quick video preview of the upcoming season – oh there’s definitely going to be loads of crazy drama going down! check out some fun stuff on the show’s website (become a drag superstar with the dragulator!) including a downloadable calendar plus you can follow the show on twitter! also if you haven’t picked up a copy of rupaul‘s latest album champion – you must – i named it one of my top favorite albums of 2009 – it’s super awesome! popbytes over & out for now … xoxo
