Lindsay Lohan is hosting a NYE party now!

Lindsay Lohan

Yesterday, “someone” (*cough* Dina Lohan *cough*) called up TMZ and told them that Lindsay Lohan was turning down six-figure offers to host New Years Eve parties because Lindsay is trying to shed her party girl image. Yeah, I’m amazed someone was able to say that with a straight face without their pants bursting into scandalous flames too. Anyway, turns out Lindsay will actually be hosting a New Years party on a boat in Dubai. Even for Lindsay, that’s a pretty quick turn-around time. Ahlan Live reports:

It’s going to be a celeb-packed New Year in Dubai on board the legendary QE2. Lindsay Lohan, Pamela Anderson and former England cricketer Allan Lamb are just some of the names confirmed to attend the celebrations on December 31 2011 on the vessel that is currently docked at the Port Rashid Cruise Terminal in the city. It is the first time that the QE2 has been opened to the public for such a celebration. Apart from LiLo and Pamela, Liam Cunningham, US sitcom and film star Lamman Rucker, English model, socialite and aristocrat Lady Victoria Hervey are the other celebs on the guest list. Rumour has it that Kate Moss might attend, as also Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal (who’re all in Abu Dhabi for the Mubadala World Championship from 29 to 31 December).

Oh yes, did I mention Pamela Anderson was going to be there too? Because as my mother always says, double the Hepatitis C, double the fun! (My mother never said that …) Anyway, none of this should really be surprising at all as long as you haven’t deluded yourself to the point where you actually think Lindsay gives two shits about the law and won’t do anything for money and alcohol. No seriously, if you go into a dark room and repeat the phrase “I have cash and vodka” three times, Dina Lohan will pop out of the mirror and claw your face off while demanding free Carvel ice cream cake.
