Mariah Carey performed her latest single “#Beautiful” (featuring Miguel) at The 2013 BET Awards last night, and once again, everyone is thinking she lip-synced the whole thing. Sorta like what happened last time she performed live. At this point, we can assume one of two things:
- Mariah Carey lip-sync skills are more on par with Mariah Paris Balenciaga. (Shabalaba-tuna!)
- People are just going to think that Mariah is lip-syncing no matter what.
Honestly, does anyone really care? At this point, the bitch has tenure. She can do whatever the hell she wants, because she had to come up in the days when auto-tune wasn’t an industry standard. I’m not the biggest Mariah fan in the world, but I do respect her talent.
