meet ‘coraline’

hey hey! tonight i’ve got another new movie trailer coraline (a far cry from last night’s post on the wrestler) this is first time a stop-motion animated feature is being made into 3-D (directed by henry selick who also helmed a nightmare before christmas) the film is based on british author neil gaiman‘s 2002 novella (he’s awesome and also happens to be a BFF of my darling tori amos) just based on the stills below – i know it’s going to look simply amazing on the big screen when it lands in theatres on february 6th (which is actually closer than you think…) make sure to check out the film’s website too (you’ll need passwords posted on mr.gaiman’s blog to view some of the cool content) i hope everyone is enjoying their friday evening – i had one of those days today that i’d rather forget but the good news is my dog parker is doing fine (he’s got this ear infection and it’s been nothing but drama since it started) this weekend i might try to go see twilight but right now i’m about to settle into WALL-E on blu-ray – which i’ve been dying to see! popbytes over & out for tonight…xoxo
