Real Housewives of Beverly Hills: Cedric speaks out!

Cedric Martinez

Lisa Vanderpump‘s ex playmate and house pest Cedric Martinez has conveyed his feelings on parting ways with his former gal pal in an interview with E! news, and he’s hurt (at least for the camera). Cedric has known and been intimate with the family for fifteen years prior to the first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and worked for them at their lounge, Shed, in London. When the family relocated two years ago to LA, Martinez decided to come with, sensing “great opportunity”, a feeling he must have felt upon meeting Lisa and husband Ken Todd for the first time. He left after six months but was asked to move back in for the taping of the Bravo series, Lisa had told them he still lived there when they questioned his whereabouts when creating the show. Martinez accepted the request as the show “could be an opportunity that opens doors”.

Things were honky dory until they went south on the last day of taping and Cedric left the house, with his things packed in Ken’s Louis Vuitton suitcases. He states that “Ken and Lisa changed … They were talking to me like I was an accessory to Lisa”, if accessories came in the form of grown men, he’s spot on! Lisa and Ken both spill the feud in a different light, claiming he tried blackmailing Ken for something they “weren’t prepared to give him”, they even had to file a police report. To them, “he’s a lying, egotistical, narcissistic, vindictive, vile, piece of …”, sentiments fellow cast members second, especially Kyle Richards, who claims at niece Paris Hilton‘s birthday party, Cedric bombarded the paparazzi in almost every frame, vying for the limelight. She went further saying that the Vanderpumps were just Cedric’s platform in which to grasp his “15 minutes (of fame)”, I mean who doesn’t hog the camera at a celebrity birthday party?

Further stories surround Martinez, a recent rumor paired him with Brandi Glanville, ex-wife of Eddie Cibrian, but isn’t he … hmmm. I’m sure this reality television gem will garner more than fifteen minutes, I mean christ I’m sure I’ve seen him in at least twenty minutes of RHOBH footage, but does the fame hungered Martinez have what it takes to stay afloat in the ever changing jetsam/flotsam of pop culture? Only TV will tell, oh and the Internet.
