A couple months back, you might remember that Lindsay Lohan heard a celebrity say her name, and proceeded to nearly whiplash herself death to see who still remembered that she hadn’t died from a drug overdose. Yet. It turns out, it was Pitbull who was referencing all her jail time in a song, so this being Lindsay, a woman who cleared the space in her brain meant for self-reflection to make room for her dealer’s numbers, she decided to sue him. But now, according to TMZ, Pitbull is firing back by reminding everyone that LiLo was literally JUST IN JAIL.
Pit just filed a response to Lindsay’s “Give Me Everything” lawsuit — in which she claims the hip hop star owes her money for using her name in the song … when he rapped, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” Lohan filed the original suit in NY State Court, stating she was a resident of Nassau County — but Pit is calling B.S., claiming she’s been living in California since 2004 … and “given her frequent legal troubles, Ms. Lohan possesses irrevocable ties to California that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future.” Then, Pit spells out why she’s full of crap … noting every, single one of her legal problems in California … including her multiple stints in the slammer … the house arrest … her problems at the Downtown Women’s Center … and all of the community service she’s required to complete in the Golden State in the near future. Pit concludes, “Thus, in light of Ms. Lohan’s continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as the foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is a citizen of California, not New York.”
I never thought I’d say this, not because Pitbull isn’t a good, talented individual, but just because I don’t really know much about him, but go Pitbull! Woo! Who would have thought that it would be a random rapper who might finally be able to take down Lindsay? Christ, and it’s not even like he has to try hard: he said she goes to jail a lot in his song. She says she doesn’t. All he has to do is point out the fact that she went to jail just this past weekend, and still has 270 more jail days hanging over her head, and that’s it.
