Last time Tila Tequila almost went to rehab, it was because she was trying to get into Dr. Drew‘s fake famewhore rehab, but now that Tila might be reaching the end of her rope, friends have convinced her to check herself into an actual rehab facility before she does anything to herself. TMZ reports:
According to her manager, Tila agreed to treatment after several of Tila’s friends staged a miniature intervention — following Tila’s suicide scare last week. We’re told Tila has been struggling with serious substance abuse problems as well as psychiatric issues recently — the suicide scare was just the straw that broke the camel’s back. It’s unclear when Tila plans to enter a treatment center — but we’re told her friends are hoping she’ll get help as soon as this week.
All right, struggling actors and models, I’m going to talk right to you here: See this? This is what happens when you focus all your attention on becoming famous. Fame should not be your endgame when it comes to your career. If all you want out of life is for people to know you exist at all costs, than you are going to drive yourself absolutely fucking crazy. It’s not healthy.
